POLICIES

Payment Terms:


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your branding project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files are released. In some cases, full payment may be required upfront, depending on the service.


Payments may be made directly through the website (unless we’ve discussed otherwise, such as Apple Pay or another approved method).


All final files and deliverables will only be provided once full payment has been received.


Revision Policy:


Your project includes two revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of the initial design delivery. Additional revisions will incur a $15 fee per revision and must be paid before work continues. Please consolidate feedback to avoid extra revision requests.


Redesign vs. Revision:


  • Revisions: Minor changes (e.g., font, color, wording adjustments).
  • Redesign: Major changes (e.g., layout or concept alterations) will incur a $30 fee per design.

Once final files are approved and delivered, no further changes can be made. Any additional revisions or redesigns will be charged accordingly.


Ownership Rights:


Once full payment is received, ownership of the final design files is transferred to the client, granting full rights to use, modify, and distribute the designs. Ownership of any preliminary work or unused concepts remains with the designer and may not be used without permission.


Cancellation Policy:


If you decide to cancel mid-project, no refunds will be issued, and any completed work cannot be used. To cancel, please contact us immediately. You may rebook later, but full payment will be required again. BRANDEDBYFAITH reserves the right to terminate the project if the client is difficult, and no refund will be provided in this case.


Delivery Time:


All work will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that holidays and high demand periods may cause longer delivery times.


Confidentiality Agreement:


We respect your privacy. All project details and personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.


Usage Restrictions:


Upon completion, all final deliverables belong to the client. However, the client agrees not to resell, sublicense, or distribute the work for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


Refund Policy:


Once work has started, no refunds will be issued. All payments are final.


Credit for Design:


When using any designs created by BRANDEDBYFAITH in promotional materials, the client agrees to credit the designer by including "Design by BRANDEDBYFAITH."


Client Responsibilities:


Both the client and designer must communicate promptly. If the client fails to respond within 7 days, BRANDEDBYFAITH reserves the right to terminate the project. A $50 fee will be required to resume work. All required information must be submitted within 7 days. A $25 late fee will apply for missed deadlines and must be paid before the final design is delivered. Ongoing lack of communication may lead to project termination, and the client will no longer be eligible for future work with BRANDEDBYFAITH.


Files:


Final work will be delivered in JPG, PNG, and/or PDF formats. Drafts will be watermarked until final approval.



BRANDEDBYFAITH & FAITHFOCUS reserves the right to use project content for promotional purposes.
